Commissioning Update

ABSL continues to work through the plant commissioning programme.
The tap hole drill is used to drill holes in the plasma furnace to release melted ash and allow it to cool and vitrify. This system is now fully commissioned as shown in the following video
Cooling systems across the plant have been filled, check for leaks and then tested. The plasma cooling system was used to keep the converter cool during while the gasifier was heated to 650 degrees centigrade to cure its refractory.
Finally, the fuel reception system has been commissioned. This is made up of the trailer docking station, conveyors and a moving floor bunker. The system is now ready to received waste.
